📌 Basic Roof Area Calculation:

• Flat Roof: Area = Length × Width
• Gable Roof: Area = (Length × Width) × Roof Pitch Factor
• Hip Roof: Area = (Length × Width) × Roof Pitch Factor × 1.1
• Complex Roofs: Sum of all roof sections’ areas

• Shingles: 1 bundle covers 33 to 50 square feet
• Metal Sheets: 1 sheet covers 10 to 20 square feet
• Tiles: 1 tile covers 1 to 2 square feet

📌 Pitch Factor for Roof Slope Adjustments:

• 3/12 pitch = 1.03 multiplier
• 6/12 pitch = 1.12 multiplier
• 9/12 pitch = 1.25 multiplier
• 12/12 pitch = 1.41 multiplier
